All barrel vaults are made to measure, attractive in appearance and are a cost effective way of providing natural light to a variety of commercial and industrial buildings. They are self supporting, extremely versatile and suitable for use on roofs, walkways and as canopies. The Range includes special configurations such as intersections and changes in direction. Typical Barrel Vault end detail	Cross section kerb detail detail All RG barrel vaults are supplied with extruded aluminium kerb adaptors, fixing directly onto a pre-formed weathered kerb(by others), this can be made from timber,metal, concrete or brick. All barrels are specifically made to the external kerb size.	Typical section through the glazing All RG barrel vaults will impose horizontal and vertical loads to the builder’s kerb beneath, please contact our Technical Department to calculate these.
Options and properties of Roofglaze Barrel Vaults

Ventilation A variety of options are available with the RG barrel vault range to provide natural ventilation as shown in diagrams.	Glazing Solid polycarbonate factory assembled double or triple skin cassettes. Structured polycarbonate 10mm and 16mm, twin and triple wall available. All in a variety of colours, clear, diffused, opal or tinted. Glazing bars Roofglaze barrel vaults are constructed from high quality extruded aluminium, which can be finished in a number of options, mill finish or polyester powder coated to your choice of RAL colour.	Size Roofglaze barrel vaults are available in spans ranging from 0.6m to 9.0m (dependent on glazing material and radius) and infinite length. Radius Roofglaze barrels are available in low and high rise options
