Roofglaze Limited are specialists in the rooflight and skylight industry operating nationwide and due to our continued growth are looking to employ the following:
Site Supervisor/Project Co-ordinator
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager the ideal candidate shall possess the following:
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Good organisation and co-ordinating skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel)
This varied, practical, mainly site based ‘hands-on' role will incorporate the following:
• Site inspection – Before, during and after installation
• Prevention/problem solving on site, including Health and Safety, performance etc.
• Assist/support operatives during installations when required
Installation Operative
Although previous experience in the glazing industry is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be given.
The ideal applicants for both positions should hold a full clean UK driving licence and not be afraid of working at heights. Also, applicants should ideally hold a CSCS card.
Fabricator
Previous workshop experience is necessary and a knowledge of aluminium tig welding would be beneficial. Specific training will be given.
The ideal applicant should hold a full clean UK driving licence.
