Comfort ventilation

Efficient ventilation can be built in to any Roofglaze large area rooflight, to support PART F Building Regulations.

Most configurations can be supplied with top/bottom hung hinged or moveable vents for comfort ventilation, operated by 24 or 230 Volt actuators, or by manual means if required.

Automatic smoke ventilation

Automatic Opening Vents for smoke ventilation can be incorporated into rooflight designs to meet the requirements of Approved Document B to the Building Regulations.
