Roofglaze is incorporated and begins working on behalf of rooflight manufacturers, expanding its service to offer both supply and installation.
Due to increased demand, the company moves to a serviced office and storage facility in Potton, Bedfordshire, and expands its staff to 5 full-time employees and 2 subcontract installers.
Roofglaze decides to manufacture its own products and moves into a 1,000 sq. ft. manufacturing unit in Potton, Bedfordshire.
The company expands its office and manufacturing space to 4,000 sq. ft. and increases its staff to 15 employees, with 14 of them working full-time.
Roofglaze designs and introduces its Flatglaze range of products.Â
The company introduces a new range of rooflights featuring Nanogel ®.
Roofglaze relocates to a newly refurbished 10,000 sq. ft. premises in Eaton Socon, St Neots.
Roofglaze acquires Skylight Solutions Ltd, which reinforces its growth and extends its capability in “High end” bespoke structural skylights.
The Board of Directors and senior management team hold strategic meetings to plan for the future and restructure the company to better meet diversifying market conditions and become stronger in the future.
