Roofglaze Obtains Re-accreditation for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
During a busy and successful time for the business, we are pleased to confirm our re-accreditation from ISO 9001:2008 to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
All ISO standards are scrutinised every 6-8 years to establish if any revisions are required to keep it current and relevant in the marketplace.
Due to these revisions, the emphasis is now being placed on a more pre-emptive style of quality control using continual risk assessment.
The whole of the company will now need to be more proactive and responsible for quality management, rather than just relying on the input of the Quality Manager alone.
With more of a focus on leadership management, rather than just following the quality processes, there is now a more structured manner for addressing risks and opportunities.
All of this will allow us to provide the highest possible levels of product quality and supply chain efficiency to our customers and clients going forward.
